How do I get started with CopyStake?

First, choose which CopyStake mode fits your goals: Bet Behind, Copy in Pool, or No Code. Feel free to watch a video where we explain how each mode works in more detail.

The Bet Behind and Copy in Pool modes require backend integration. You will be in touch with a manager who will provide the developers with technical information and answer any questions to ensure the process is smooth.

Is CopyStake suitable for all game types?

Game compatibility depends on the CopyStake mode. Bet Behind supports slot games only, while Copy in Pool and No Code are versatile.

Do players need to have a separate account/balance for CopyStake?

No, players don’t need a separate account to watch and participate in CopyStake streams.

Are there specific bet copying rules I must know and communicate to the users?

Bet copying happens automatically, so there is no learning curve for users. Players only need to choose a bet size in their currency and press Start.

Do we need to have separate admin panels for each brand?

You must log in to the admin panel using unique credentials for each brand.

Can we offer free spins in CopyStake streams to specific user segments, such as VIPs?

Currently, it’s not possible to offer free spins or other bonuses to specific user groups. We will be sure to notify you if this changes.

Can I track the financial and player engagement metrics of CopyStake streams in real time?

In the Stats section, you can monitor your GGR for a selected time period, specifically, the number of bets copied, including winning and rollback bets, their monetary value, and the number of unique streamers whose bets were copied. The data is updated in real time.

What support do I get from Trueplay for setting up and managing the tool?

You will be assigned a dedicated integration manager who will provide your team with documentation and guide them through the process. Additionally, an account manager and a technical support agent will be in touch from day one.
