Loyalty Program features — Play to Earn and Hold to Earn — work together to shape the desired player behavior. Operators that integrate Play to Earn can benefit from longer game sessions and higher average revenue per user. Introducing Hold to Earn results in visit frequency and playtime growth, a decrease in deposit withdrawals, and a boost in deposit volume.
Feel free to read our study on the Loyalty Program’s influence on critical behavioral and financial metrics.
Yes, here it is. Click on each feature in the header to see how it works. You can also request a call if you wish our specialists to guide you through it.
The Loyalty Program comprises two features to maximize player engagement and retention. So, we advise using Play to Earn and Hold to Earn together. However, you can activate only Play to Earn or Hold to Earn if you need to.
To adjust the rakeback for a specific game in the Play to Earn program, follow these steps:
1. Click on Programs in the vertical navigation bar of the admin panel.
2. Select Play to Earn to access the settings. You will see a table listing the games on your platform.
3. Click on the edit icon next to a given game type.
4. In the form that appears, click on the Game Type field, set the new wager rate, and press Update wager.
If you wish to adapt a rakeback for a specific game, you need to create a separate game type for this game. Follow the same path (Programs —> Play to Earn) and press Add Game Type.
Players can monitor their rewards in the Play to Earn history. To find this tab, users must click on the Token section on the left side of the casino homepage and then press the Analytics icon at the bottom of the page that opens.
You need to integrate Play to Earn with your platform. Feel free to explore the documentation, which describes the process step by step and contains the necessary technical details.
We selected these three program durations after testing other options, but you can modify them at your discretion.
Sure, you can change the number of holding periods and their duration at any time. The percentage of income shared with program participants and the number of tokens in the reward fund are adjustable as well. To do so, collapse the Programs dropdown list in the left vertical bar, press Hold to Earn, and choose Token Programs (you will see the abbreviation for your custom token before Programs). In the table below, click on a program’s edit icon and adapt the settings in the window that opens.
The emission, or bonus money you would spend on the program, is calculated using the following formula: GGR (generated while a token freezing program lasts) * GGR share (defined in the program's conditions) * user’s share in the staking pool * token exchange rate.
Yes, you can use the Loyalty Program if your tokens aren’t available at a decentralized exchange.
